Perfection Chain Products (PCP) has been manufacturing a wide variety of metal products since 1848 and currently operates from a 150,000 sq. ft. facility in Cullman, Alabama.

Our company was founded on the premise of “quality — first and foremost.” We take pride in our precision manufacturing process with the goal of producing high-quality chain products.

We are the largest producer of weldless chain products in North America as well as a prime distributor of welded chain, chain assemblies, and wire rope used in numerous industries and applications. Our weldless chain product line includes jack chain, double loop and single loop chain, sash and plumber’s chain, décor chain, swing set chain, fixture hangers, s-hooks, and custom wire forms. We have the capability to produce chain to your required length or finish. Our welded chain product line includes proof coil, high test, mooring, transport chain and accessories, as well as straight link coil, straight link machine, twist link and passing link chain. Our wire rope and aircraft cable are available in a variety of strand and wire configurations and coating options to protect against corrosion, including electroplated, hot-dip galvanized, and vinyl. We also carry uncoated and stainless steel wire rope.

We provide prompt and personal service and maintain large inventories to ensure fast order processing. With our stocking agreements, we can work directly with you to establish short lead times and lower costs. Turner and Seymour Mfg. Co.

In 2012, Perfection Chain acquired Turner and Seymour, a 165-year-old manufacturing company located in Torrington, CT.   Turner and Seymour was a leading manufacturer of metal chain products and accessories. In 2013, the operation was moved to Alabama, joining the existing operations of Perfection Chain. With the merger of two leading chain manufacturers and an expanded product offering,  the newly named T&S Perfection Chain Products,  became the largest weldless chain manufacturer in North America.

Over a Century Old and Still Producing

On September 26, 2017, we celebrated the 100th birthday of the oldest machine in our manufacturing facility. The single loop chain machine didn’t even blink at the century mark and continues to produce chain for our customers every single day.

Growing to Meet the Needs of Tomorrow

Perfection Chain has over 200 machines dedicated to manufacturing chain and wireforms,  as well as a state-of-the-art in-house plating line.

We can customize chain to a specific length, make specialized assemblies and packaging, and provide private labeling to meet our customer’s requirements. Additionally, with our state-of-the-art CNC and four-slide stamping machinery, our custom wire form capabilities are only limited by your imagination.
